Your Path to Liberation:
Healing the Root,
Not Just the Symptom.
Your whole complex self deserves a guide who understands.
Beyond Symptom-Focused Healing
I believe that lasting transformation goes beyond traditional, symptom-focused medicine and requires a holistic approach that honors every part of you—mind, body, and spirit.
What if your physical pain is a way your body signals unprocessed emotions?
How I Listen
I listen to these subtle signals early, nurturing the roots of your well-being instead of just suppressing symptoms.
My goal is to help you release what no longer serves you, reclaim your strength and joy, and cultivate a life of sustainable self-awareness, self-love, and genuine liberation from suffering.

A Guide Who Walks the Path
_edited.jpg)
"Welcome. I’m so glad you are here"
I do not teach from theory alone.

Everything I share has been lived, practiced, questioned, and embodied through decades of personal inquiry, teaching, and healing work.
My role is not to fix you, but to walk beside you—to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.

I believe true guidance arises from humility, presence, and the courage to meet suffering with compassion. Healing unfolds when we feel safe enough to be seen, and supported enough to grow. I walk this path with you—not ahead of you.
From Ancient Tradition to Modern Mastery
My journey into holistic healing began in the spiritual landscape of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Immersed in a culture of deep practice, I spent decades mastering Vipassana meditation, various styles of Mindfulness, and Yoga. This path led me to become a recognized authority in my home country, where I appeared on national television and published seven of my nine books. Beyond my own practice, I became a "teacher of teachers," training many of the yoga instructors who now lead others in Thailand.
Personal Crisis as a Catalyst
My work is not only professional—it is deeply personal.

A period of profound burnout became a turning point, revealing firsthand what quick fixes could not restore. This experience strengthened my conviction in a truly holistic approach to healing—one that addresses the whole person rather than isolated symptoms.
From this insight, I founded the Mindfulness-Based Recovery Center and developed a curriculum integrating mindfulness, yoga, and the Enneagram to support deep psychological insight and sustainable change. Over the years, these programs became sanctuaries for people from more than 20 countries, often described as life-changing turning points.

At the heart of this work is a simple truth: we do not heal in isolation. Healing unfolds when we return to wholeness—within ourselves, with others, and in relationship with nature.

Holistic Yoga &
Mind-Body Union:

Kess has guided me to a pure yoga practice that has allowed me finally to feel that union. Asana as meditation – meditation
as asana. This new awareness has been heightened and enhanced by an introductory study of the Enneagram –
a self-discovery and spiritual development tool.
